Cluvio terms and conditions:
Auto-Renewal: The fixed term of the service will auto-renew for the same term unless you terminate by giving notice at least one month prior to the renewal date.
Termination Notice: To avoid auto-renewal, you must provide notice of termination no later than one month before the end of the current term.
Payment and Invoices: All invoices must be paid within 14 days. If payment is not made on time, Cluvio reserves the right to disable your account temporarily or exclude you from using certain features until the outstanding amounts are paid.
Objection to Invoices: You may object to invoices within two months in writing. If no objection is raised within this period, the invoice is deemed accepted.
