Speed & Automation: Significantly reduces credit evaluation time (reported to be up to 80% faster) by automating the parsing of transcripts (mail, email, PDF) and matching them to equivalencies using AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Recruitment & Enrollment: Turns the credit evaluation process into a lead-generation tool by allowing prospective students to receive instant, self-service transfer audits on the institution's branded website. This is reported to increase transfer enrollment and yield rate.
Student Experience: Provides students with immediate clarity on how their previously earned credits apply to their desired degree, which builds trust and speeds up their enrollment decision-making.
Implementation & Support: Users frequently mention that the setup and implementation process was easy and seamless, with one user noting the customer support team was quick to fix any issues.
Accuracy & Workflow: The system helps institutionalize and standardize credit decision rules and ensures accuracy, with the ability for staff to perform overrides or create new equivalencies that the system then learns from.
Complexity: One reviewer mentioned that the system was "overly complex in some situations" and made things "difficult to find or to figure out how to use."
Integrations: While the system integrates with major platforms like Ellucian and Salesforce, one user gave the integration feature a rating of 4.0/5.0, suggesting there may be some limitations or room for improvement.
Lack of Student Feedback: The available reviews are exclusively from university staff (Enrollment VPs, Registrars). There is no public feedback from students who use the self-service audit portal.
