SFTPPlus utilizes a clear and predictable perpetual licensing model. Both the MFT Server and Client components are offered at a flat rate of £1,400 GBP ($1,720 USD / €1,600) per installation, encompassing support for all standard secure file transfer protocols and unlimited users, connections, and transfers. You also receive a non-production (pre-production) license at no extra charge, which is fully covered by your support contract. High-availability setups—such as load-balanced or Kubernetes clusters with up to two active instances—are available at 60 % of the cost of a single license. Annual technical support and maintenance, covering updates, patches, and limited out-of-hours support, is priced at 20 % of the current license cost. Additionally, optional consultancy services—encompassing design, deployment assistance, documentation, monitoring support, and training—are available in 20-hour packages for approximately £2,000 GBP ($2,400 USD / €2,300).
